Brett Strange will be in his first year as an Assistant Band Director, graduating from East Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education. At ETAMU, he served as Principal Euphonium in the Wind Ensemble for four years, performed on tenor trombone in Jazz Ensemble II, and was a Drum Major for the ETAMU “Pride” Marching Band. His performance experience outside of college includes being a semi-finalist in the Falcone International Tuba and Euphonium Competition and marching with Drum Corps International ensembles such as the Guardians, Blue Stars, and Blue Devils. Mr. Strange is from Rockwall, Texas, and is excited to work with a program he has long admired!
