A graduate of Texas Tech University, Ms. Brianna Ledesma earned her degree in Music Education and studied flute under Dr. Spencer Hartman. A four-year member of the Goin’ Band from Raiderland, Ms. Ledesma served as piccolo section leader and uniform crew manager, and had the honor of marching in the 2023 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. She also conducted the Texas Tech Flute Choir at the National Flute Association Convention in Phoenix, AZ, performed as both a flutist and vocalist in Mariachi Los Matadores, and was a member of the Symphonic Band under the direction of Dr. Eric Allen.

Ms. Ledesma completed her student teaching at Legacy High School and Danny Jones Middle School in Mansfield ISD. Following graduation, she served as a long-term Assistant Band Director substitute at STEAM Middle School in Burleson ISD. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Band Director at South Hills High School in Fort Worth ISD during the 2025 - 2026 school year where she assisted the marching band, as well as directed the Non-Varsity band. She is excited to continue her music education career as a member of the North Mesquite HS Band Staff!
