Reagan Solis grew up in Granbury, Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2020 with her Bachelors of Music Education. During her time at TCU she was a part of the TCU marching band, wind ensembles, basketball band, steel band, and the award-winning Percussion Orchestra. While at TCU Mrs. Solis studied under Dr. Brian West, Mr. Jeff Hodge, and Mr. Joey Carter.

Prior to North Mesquite High School, Mrs. Solis was the Director of Percussion at Kaufman High School and taught with several award-winning programs including Lewisville HS, Lake Ridge HS, Trinity HS, John Horn HS, and Summit HS. Her students have earned spots in the All-City and All-Region Bands as well as Area qualifiers.

Mrs. Solis teaches all percussion classes grades 6-12 at North Mesquite HS, McDonald Middle School, and Vanston Middle School.

Mrs. Solis is a member of the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, Percussive Arts Society, and an alumni of the Kappa Kappa Psi Honorary Band Fraternity.

In her free time, Mrs. Solis loves spending time with her husband, dog (Lucy), and two cats (Disco & Ruca).
